A Journey Back to Health: Erin Hart's Story Part 2
When considering vein treatments, one of the biggest concerns people have is a fear of what the treatments are like. People are naturally concerned about whether or not vein treatments are painful, and this fear keeps them from getting help. Rather than tell you ourselves, we want to share part 2 of Erin Hart's story and let her tell the story herself.
Erin Hart with 94.3 FM Kat Country came to us after years of struggling with painful nighttime leg cramps and very poor sleep. She'll tell you that she was known to her friends as "the person who couldn't sleep." In fact, in monitoring her sleep with an Apple watch, her sleep scores were consistently in the low 30's. (Sleep Scores range from 1 to 100 with the higher the score, the more restorative your sleep. Typically, scores between 90-100 are excellent, 80-89 is good, 60-79 is fair and anything less than 60. is poor.) Not realizing that these were classic signs of a vein condition, she learned that not everyone who has a vein condition has visible signs. She didn't have visible spider veins or varicose veins, and as a result, didn't think she had a vein condition. After meeting with me, she learned that some of the most common signs of a vein condition are fatigue, sleep disruption, and leg cramps were caused by poor vein circulation. After a consultation, I told her that all her symptoms would either go away or significantly improve with treatment. She was excited to learn this and eager to move forward.
In this video, Erin answers a few questions about what her experience was like during vein treatments.
In the 3rd video in this 3-part series, Erin discusses the results of her leg treatments. This video will answer another concern that people have, and that is "Will vein treatments work?" Find out what her sleep score changed to following treatment! Because there are so many people that share Erin's story, we're excited that by hearing her journey, others can benefit.
